PHYSICAL THERAPIST

| Qualifications |
| |
| ● Must be a graduate, or have a certificate from an APTA approved school of physical therapy, or a school approved by the World Congress of Physical Therapy |
| ● State licensure - required |
| ● Valid driver’s license |
| ● Experience in pediatrics - preferred |
|
| |
PHYSICAL THERAPIST ASSISTANT
|
| Qualifications |
| |
| ● High school diploma or GED equivalent; Associate Degree in Physical Therapy preferred |
| ● State licensure - required |
| ● Basic knowledge of the reasons for patient care as administered in the department, some knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and neurology is necessary |
| ● Minimum of one year of experience preferred |
| ● Valid driver’s license |
| ● Experience in pediatrics - preferred |

OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST

| Qualifications |
| |
| ● Graduation from an accredited college with a four year course leading to a Bachelor of Science degree or entry level Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy |
| ● Certification by the Board of Registry of the American Occupational Therapy Association |
| ● State licensure - required |
| ● Valid driver’s license |
| ● Experience in pediatrics - preferred |

CERTIFIED OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST ASSISTANT

| Qualifications |
| |
| ● High school diploma or GED equivalent; Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy preferred |
| ● Certification by the Board of Registry of the American Occupational Therapy Association |
| ● State licensure is required |
| ● Superficial knowledge of the reasons for patient care as administered in the department, some knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and neurology is necessary |

SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST
|
| Qualifications |
| |
| ● Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited college or university |
| ● Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association |
| ● Licensed to practice in the field of Speech-Lanaguage Pathology, if required by the state in which employed |
| ● Basic knowledge in aural rehabilitation; as well as training and experience in audiological screening |
| ● Ability to identify and diagnose communication disorders based on a variety of medical diagnoses |
| ● Valid driver’s license |
| ●Experience in pediatrics preferred |
