Our Services
We provide home-based and center-based services in speech therapy, occupational therapy and physical therapy to children of all ages.
Home Health:
Do you have a child who is AzEIP or DDD eligible? If so we have Speech, Occupational and Physical therapists available statewide to provide these services in your home. Please Call Mary at (480) 945-0185 to discuss home health services available in your area.
Therapy Center:
Head to Toe Therapy now has a Therapy Center located at 352 E. Camelback Suite 102 Phoenix, AZ 85012. To schedule appointments call (602) 277-5006. The Therapy Center is especially convenient for children in need of multiple therapies. We provide Speech, OT, and PT services in a new, child-friendly Central Phoenix location that parents will love. By co-locating multiple disciplines, your child can experience the benefits of immediate collaboration and continuity: she might help with a read-aloud book about making cookies with our speech therapist, then move to our kid-friendly kitchen to make cookies with her occupational therapist. You can take advantage of therapy time to run errands or enjoy some quiet time at a nearby coffee shop:)
